OK now how do i add shades to look like make up?

1.Go around you picture with either the Lasso Tool or Polygon Tool.
2.Go on Filtre.
3.Click Stylize.
4.Click on Progressive Contour.

well you could go around your eye and change it to what colour you want, thats all i can think of.
