I used to love skipping rope but now i work at a kids club I see how dangerous rope is for 7 year olds >.< i've been tied up on several occasions!!!!! so for that reason i say hula hoop, you can't tie someone up with a hula hoop, only drag them around in one

but if used properly, skipping rope

Well, for me how I hula hoop is you basically have to move your hips in a circular motion, and have to keep doing that so it doesn't fall, something like that.

I can't do it, I try so often.

I can't even do it on the Wii, haha!
I just jump rope instead - I can seriously only spin the hula hoop around three or four times.

Jump roping is surprisingly tiring. Same, on Wii I can't hula hoop that well for some reason! Sometimes I can, while other times it just doesn't work out good haha.
